Consistency is King

No matter your level of talent,  consistency will be what takes you places.

Whether you are incredibly skilled or average at best, being reliable is a strength no one will ever fault you for.

There are obvious reasons to be great, but if that greatness only comes in spurts and the rest is a question mark, you will become just that, a question mark to anyone that works with you.

From a company or manager’s perspective if there is an amazingly talented employee, but they can’t be depended on, they can’t be planned on. If they can’t be planned on, they won’t be utilized to push the company forward.

More time will be spent on questioning if something will happen, the incessant follow-ups and driving everyone crazy rather than actual work.

Consistency causes growth. If you commit to doing something consistently, you will learn to do it better, faster, and be allowed to take on more tasks and grow into new skills.

Decide on something, hold yourself to it, and become known for it.

When people think of you, do you want them to wonder if you can, or know that you will?
