Marketing is Ugly

We need to ramp up the use of our forward-facing assets to activate our users at the ground level and get the most out of our initiatives. Tap those influencers and tastemakers to grow our engagement, gain some real traction, execute some campaigns that are really going to move the needle for us…and if that doesn’t work, it’s because the artist we worked with didn’t see our vision and the sales team wasn’t communicating our message clearly.

Blah, blah, blah.

Marketing is ugly.

If your conversations are starting to sound like this, it’s time to start over.

It doesn’t have to be this way. The answer is more simple than you think.

The best “Marketing” often comes from companies or individuals pursuing a dream before they have a Marketing Department or even realize what they are doing is considered marketing.
